Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you fill out the returns slip which is provided with your SHIMMY.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 working days. Please be aware that processing time can vary between different payment methods.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We don’t offer exchanges on any of our products. Should you need to change the size or style of your item please return and re order from our site.

We ship within the UK and Europe. If you are interested in shipping outside of these locations please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my order be shipped?
If ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday goods will be shipped the same day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched and is dependant on which service you choose.
Will I pay any additional taxes or duties?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS
To return your product, please fill in the returns slip provided with your purchase. You will also find a pre printed returns label, attach this to the front of your package where clearly visible. You can drop your package off at any UPS Access Point. You can find your nearest drop off point at www.ups.com/dropoff
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping paid for when you purchased your Shimmy will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning from Europe please return your package via a trackable service to the address below. This cost must be covered by the customer.
